The Cooking Measurement Converter is a volume-only kitchen quick-reference. Pick a unit and an amount; every other cooking unit shows up at once — teaspoons, tablespoons, fluid ounces, cups, pints, quarts, gallons, millilitres, and litres. There's also a 'stick of butter' row using the US convention (1 stick = 1/2 cup = 8 tbsp = 113.4 g). All measures are US by default (1 US cup = 236.6 mL). UK Imperial cups are a different animal (284 mL) — note that before plugging numbers from a British recipe into a US measuring cup.
